Pink Jacket with Velvet Covered Buttons, 19th century
Museum deaccession from Fashion Group International, Florida and has the museum's acquisiton number tag and donor identification. There are 36 velvet covered buttons decorating the jacket. There is pink silk fringe around the cuffs, neckline and waistline. Beautiful details on the center front knitted decoration. Covered eyes in the hook and eye center front closure.

Lady's Brown Silk Bodice with Metallic Beadwork, c. 1880
Museum deaccession from Fashion Group International, Florida and has the museum's acquisiton number tag and donor identification. This auction is for a lady’s brown silk bodice, c. 1880. This bodice is heavily beaded. Seed beads trim the neckline and beaded trim paired with ruby red velvet accents the center front hook-and-eye closure (so much beadwork that the bodice is actually heavy). Hook and eye closures are used.

Bust 36 1/2 inches, Waist 28 inches, Shoulder to shoulder 13 1/2 inches, Length 12 1/2 inches (shoulder to waist)

There are five covered buttons down center front. Beautiful detail with russet silk faille trim and a bow on each sleeve. Museum tag says "Brown Basque from Wedding Dress".

Museum Deaccessioned Beautiful Green Three Piece Dress 1869-1874. Gorgeous emerald green early bustle gown. Skirt and bodice trimmed with self-fabric ruffles. This silhouette was meant to be worn over a narrow cage crinoline with a bustle pad of horsehair.
